Fullerton put up 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting and 5-of-9 from three while having 4 rebounds and 3 assists in the Rams' 2-0 week. He had 8 points on 3-of-6 shooting while being 2-of-5 from three, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists in Jefferson's win over Kutztown. Fullerton followed that up with 11 points off of 4-of-5 shooting, 3-of-4 from beyond the arc, to help the Rams defeat Millersville in a close matchup of unbeaten teams. This helped Fullerton earn CACC Rookie of the Week honors
