Gallagher Athletic, Recreation & Convocation Center

The  athletic center has state-of-the-art fitness equipment
and additional features including:

Cardiovascular Equipment

  • 10 Integrity Treadmills with attachable TV’S
  • 8 Integrity Cross-trainers
  • 3 Integrity Upright Bicycles
  • 3 Integrity Recumbent Bicycles
  • 1 Assault AirBike Classic
  • 2 Cybex Lower body Arc Trainers
  • 3 Cybex Total Body Arc Trainers
  • 2 Power Mill Stair Climber
  • 2 Row GX Trainer – rowing machine with fluid technology
  • 10 Chrono Power Spinning Bikes with monitor
  • 10 Star Trac Spinning Bikes

There are also 7 flat screen TV's mounted along the windows overlooking campus that are equipped with a Cardio Theatre system to enable participants to tune in.

28 Group Exercise Classes including:  Fitness Center Orientation, Basics of Strength Training, BootCamp, Yoga (Classic, Yin, Restorative, Meditation), Walk & Talk, Spinning, HIIT (High intensity interval training), Self Defense, Full Body Blast, Pilates, Barre, Zumba, Abs/core Training, Boxing, Latin Dance, Kizomba Dance, and Hiking in the Wissahickon.

Regular Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 7am - 10pm
Friday: 7am - 8pm
Saturday: 10am - 6pm
Sunday: 12pm - 6pm

 Racquetball Court, Aerobics Studio and Indoor Track are also available.
