FALL SEMESTER HOURS OF OPERATION - FITNESS CENTER
Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Wissahickon Park Hike – Each Wednesday at 12:15 PM! We will depart from the Gallagher Athletic Center, walk across the Henry Avenue bridge and into Wissahickon Park. Each hike will be about 2 miles (~ 40 min)– Sneakers and comfortable clothing are recommended. Please meet in the lobby of the Gallagher Athletic Center. (In the event of rain, the indoor track will be available for use)
Fall 2018 Group Exercise Schedule
No additional fee for classes! The group exercise schedule can also be found here.
- The procedure for signing up for group exercise classes: Each week there will be signup sheets located at the front fitness center desk. You can sign up for the classes anytime during the week, or just prior to the class. Most of the classes are held in the aerobics room – located at the rear of the Gallagher Athletic Center. (If you will be taking a spin class, please arrive about 10 minutes early to ensure that the bike is properly adjusted for you)
- Specific directions to the aerobics room: As you come in the front doors of the Gallagher Athletic Center, turn left, and proceed down the hall until you get to the water fountains, turn right and proceed through the door; you will then go through another set of double doors, and you will see the racquetball court in front of you - turn right again, and you will come to the Harris gym. Half way down the left side of the Harris gym, you will come to the door of the aerobics room.
