Sean Fraytt played on four NCAA Tournaments, including a Final Four appearance in 1981. During his freshman year in ’81 Fryatt led Philadelphia in scoring with 17 goals and 40 points. As a senior Fryatt earned All-American recognition. In his career Fryatt scored 38 goals, which ranks 10th on the Philadelphia University all-time scoring list.

Fryatt was a recipient of the Harry Pure 'Mile in My Moccasins' Award, Mark Braune Christian Fellowship Award and the Philadelphia University President’s Award.

After graduating from Philadelphia Unviersity, Fryatt played for the Ukrainian Nationals Soccer Club team (1984-89), Philadelphia Future soccer team (1989-90) and the United German Hungarians Soccer Club team (1991-98).
