Philadelphia, PA- Five Philadelphia University players scored in double digits, but it wasn't enough for the Rams (11-9, 7-6 CACC) to overcome the Caldwell College Cougars (14-4, 10-2 CACC) on Saturday evening at the Gallagher Athletic Center.

PhilaU was led by senior forward Kate Brennan with 12 points, while CC's Jeaneatte Anderson led CC with 30 points.

Contributing solid numbers for PhilaU were junior forward Christine Wooding and sophomore forward Kristen Blye with 11 points each, along with 10 each from rookie guard Samantha Morris and Megan Finn.

PhilaU trailed 42-31 at the break and trailed by as many as 20 (57-37 at 12:23) in the contest.

Next up for the Rams is a Thursday (2/10) date at Wilmington University at 6 p.m.
