RUTHERFORD, N.J. - The Thomas Jefferson University women's basketball team (19-5, 11-3 CACC) dominated its CACC contest at Felician on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Golden Falcons by a 76-43 score to bring its win streak to eight games.

GAMEPLAY
The Rams trailed 5-4 midway through the first quarter but took over with an 11-2 run.
Haley Meinel posted seven points to lead the charge. The score was 17-11 in favor of Jefferson at the end of the first.

Felician was within seven (27-20) with 6:12 to go in the second. The Rams created more separation with nine straight points. Four different players contributed to the run. The Golden Falcons closed the half with a three and Jefferson had a 36-23 advantage at the break.

The Rams continued to control the contest in the third, outscoring Felician 21-9 in the period. Jefferson closed the quarter with an 11-1 surge to take a 25-point cushion (57-32) into the fourth. The Rams won the fourth by a 19-11 count.
