Women's Tennis Gets 7-0 Win on The Road at Shippensburg 


SHIPPENSBURG – The Thomas Jefferson University (2-2) was able to get back in the win column as they earned a 7-0 victory on the road against Shippensburg University (0-3) in Wednesday afternoon competition.

HOW IT HAPPENED 
The Rams would earn all three victories in the doubles matches. Noelle Frenzel and Manni Zhang would take the first doubles 6-0 with Zenia Barretto and Rose Huang replicating the same score in the third doubles. Charly Egger and Emily Frost would get a 6-2 victory in the second doubles.  

The Rams would begin to keep their momentum in singles action as they would take each match in similar fashion. Egger, Zhang, and Huang would win the second, third, and fourth singles matches 6-0, 6-0 respectively. Nicole Hrbkova would take the first singles contest 6-1, 6-1 while Barretto finished the fifth singles match 6-1, 6-0. Stanislava Norets would wrap up the action in the sixth singles with a 6-0, 6-1 win.
