Gluck Recognized on IWLCA All-Region Second Team
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Thomas Jefferson University women's lacrosse senior
Iris Gluck was one of 128 student-athletes that were named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Region Teams, announced by the committee this afternoon. Gluck was named to the IWLCA All-East Region Second Team.
This is Gluck's first career honor as an All-Region player. She is tied for first on the team and 6th in the conference with 48 goals and is seventh in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in 2.71 goals per game while being second in the CACC in ground balls per game, averaging 3.50 per game. Gluck leads the team with 78 points and 76 draw controls while being second in caused turnovers with 35. The senior is a four-time All-CACC honoree, making the First Team this past season. The Coopersburg, Pa. native helped lead the Rams to a second-place finish in the conference regular season and made the CACC Semifinals this past season.
