Thomas Jefferson University

Tyler Gross joined Jefferson as Coordinator of Facilities & Recreational Programming in June 2019. Gross came to East Falls from Bloomsburg University, where he was a graduate assistant for athletic operations for two years.

While at Bloomsburg, Gross hired and scheduled staff for game set-up and breakdown of varsity athletic events along with rentals and outside NCAA events hosted by the University. He served as assistant event coordinator for the 2018 NCAA Women’s Soccer Tournament and assistant meet director for the 2019 PSAC Swimming Championships. Gross also developed bids for hosting NCAA Championship events at Bloomsburg. In addition, he was a volunteer assistant swim coach for the Huskies.

Gross earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and his MBA from Bloomsburg. While a student worker for the athletic department, he was on the game operations team for the NCAA Division II Women’s Lacrosse National Championship Game and the Eastern Wrestling League Championship.
