Alignment Yoga - An appropriately paced flow class with a deeper exploration of physical postures that intelligently challenge the body, deepen the breath and inspire mindfulness. This class is open to all levels, and modifications for postures will be offered to make all poses accessible.
Barre: We will use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
Beginner Yoga Class - A gentle and accessible flow class for those new to yoga - however all are welcome! Breathing techniques, as well as an in-depth exploration of poses to build flexibility and strength will be explored.

Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. The use of props such as sliders and Therabands add variety to the exercises and allow for increased resistance and strength.
Restorative Yoga: we will be restoring, distressing and rejuvenating all the chakras.
