Wilmington, DE- The Philadelphia University Rams (6-4, 1-1 CACC) dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest 69-55 on Tuesday night on the road. PhilaU sophomore forward Corey Francisco (Woodbridge, NJ/ Monmouth Academy) led all scorers with 18 points along with two boards.
The story of the night was turnovers, as PhilaU committed 15 to GBC's nine.
Four of GBC's five starters scored in double-digits, including 16 each from Sam McDuffie and Kyle White.
PhilaU led 28-23 at the half.
Philau was led by senior forward Malcolm Ingram (Philadelphia, PA/ Solebury Prep) with 18 points and nine rebounds, while senior guard Russell Frederick (Baltimore, MD/ Calvert Hall) had 10 points and three boards.
The Rams return to action on Thursday (12/10) vs. Wilmington at home at 7:00 p.m.
