QUEENS, N.Y. – The Thomas Jefferson University men's basketball team (2-0) visits Queens (N.Y.) (0-3) for a non-conference contest on Saturday. Tip-off at Fitzgerald Gymnasium is at 5:30 p.m.
The two teams met last year at the Gallagher Center, with the Rams pulling out a 66-63 victory. Deondre Bourne scored a game-high 16 points behind 5-of-10 shooting with three treys, three rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block. Josh Bradanese finished with 14 points, nine rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block. DeVaughn Mallory notched 14 points, five rebounds and a steal. He also went 8-of-8 from the line. Kylan Guerra scored 10 points on 4-of-6 with seven assists, three boards and two steals.
LAST TIME OUT
The Rams made a strong start stand up in an 84-76 victory over host American International on Sunday afternoon. Josh Bradanese ended with a double-double, scoring 21 points, on 9-of-15 shooting, and grabbing 11 rebounds. DeVaughn Mallory poured in 26 points and had nine boards. He was 11-for-17 from the field. Kylan Guerra tallied 12 points and seven assists. Ja'Zere Noel scored 11 points off the bench on 5-of-7 shooting. Darius Kinnel shot 4-for-5 and finished with 10 points.

LOOKING AT QUEENS
The Knights have dropped their first three games of the campaign by an average margin of 12.3 points. Elijah Bovell leads the team in scoring with 18.7 points per game. David Grady III is pulling down a team-high 7.0 rebounds per contest. Queens tied for seventh in the ECC Preseason Coaches Poll.
