2018 - Junior
Ran in eight races for the Rams… his best finish was at the Paul Short Run with a time of 29:21 (5:55 pace), placing 143^rd out of 292 runners… earned a spot on the CACC All-Academic team... Won the CACC Top XVI Award... Received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2017 – Sophomore
Part of the team that won the 2017 CACC Championships…Named to the 2017 CACC Cross Country All-Academic Team…Ran in eight meets for the Rams in the fall…Participated in the 2017 NCAA DII East Region Championships with a time of 40:13.5 (6:29 pace)…Had a top finish of 33rd at the Philadelphia Metro Championship on Sept. 9 with a time of 31:03.6.

2016 – Freshman
Competed in seven meets in his freshman campaign during the 2016 season…Took 155th of 169 with a time of 38:52.1 at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships (10k) in Hopkinton, N.H. on Nov. 5…Came in 54th of 86 at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship (8k) at the Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia on Oct. 23 with a time of 32:32.8…Finished at 33:42.3 for 63rd of 116 at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial Championship (8k) on Oct. 8…Placed 164th of 266 at the Paul Short Invitational (8k) at Lehigh University with a time of 31:32 on Oct. 1…Took 76th of 155 at The Osprey Open (8k) at Stockton University in Pomona, N.J. with a time of 30:02.2 on Sept. 24…Placed 114th of 127 at the Division II Challenge (8k) in Kutztown, Pa. at 31:12.4 on Sept. 17…Finished 40th of 90 in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Championship (5k) to open the season with a time of 20:43.6 on Sept. 10.
