CHERRY HILL, N.J. – The Philadelphia University men's rowing Varsity Four boat competed in a pair of finals Sunday at the Knecht Cup on the Cooper River.
In the DII/III final, the Rams took third place with a time of 6 minutes, 56.32 seconds. Dowling was the winner after completing the race in 6:47.97, while Rutgers-Camden came on late to take second with a time of 6:55.47.
Earlier in the morning, Philadelphia posted a fifth-place finish in the all-division grand final with a time of 6:51.05. Penn State had a winning time of 6:38.43.
Philadelphia is back on the Schulykill River for the Kerr Cup Saturday, April 21.
