Men's Tennis Bested by Millersville in Season Opener

MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) men's tennis team dropped its 2019-20 season opener at Millersville (4-0), 5-2 on Tuesday.

The Rams' victories came at second singles, junior Marko Janjusic, and fourth singles, senior Joseph Sison. Sison persevered through a long tiebreaker for a 13-11 win.

- Sison picked up his 40th overall collegiate victory (19 singles, 21 doubles).
- It is the second straight year that Jefferson and Millersville have met. The Rams earned a 4-3 win in 2018-19.

Jefferson travels to Cabrini on Thursday, September 26 for a 3 p.m. match.
