Women's Lacrosse Tied For Second in 2019 CACC Preseason Coaches Poll

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's lacrosse team tied for second place in the 2019 CACC Preseason Coaches Poll. The news was announced by the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference office on Thursday morning.

Jefferson and Chestnut Hill tied for the second spot with 85 points each, trailing only Georgian Court's 100.

The Rams finished 9-8 in 2018 and qualified for the CACC Tournament for the 10th year in a row.

Jefferson opens the 2019 campaign at home versus Kutztown on Saturday, March 2 at 1 p.m.
