Campbell Honored as CACC Co-Defensive Player of the Week

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Sophomore Erin Campbell of the Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's lacrosse team earned her second CACC Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season on Tuesday. In addition, junior Sarah von Lange was named to the weekly honor roll. The news was announced by the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference office.

ERIN CAMPBELL – CACC CO-DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Campbell posted eight caused turnovers, 12 ground balls, six draw controls, two goals and one assist in helping lead the Rams to two victories. The sophomore totaled six ground balls, three caused turnovers, one draw control, one goal and one assist in a 13-10 win over Wilmington. She then compiled six ground balls, five caused turnovers, five draw controls and a goal in a 23-3 triumph at Felician. Campbell is tied for fourth in the conference in caused turnovers and she ranks sixth in ground balls.
