PHILADELPHIA – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's rowing program closed out its 2017-18 campaign earlier this spring at the 80th annual Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta, narrowly missing out on an NCAA bid.

JEFFERSON DAD VAIL REGATTA
On April 4, the Dad Vail Regatta Organizing Committee (DVROC) and Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) announced that the newly combined University will serve as the title sponsor of America's largest and most celebrated collegiate rowing regatta for a span of six years. A few weeks later, Jefferson competed at the 80th annual Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta. For complete results and race lineups, click here.

ENDING THE SEASON IN THE POLLS
Jefferson Rowing earned the No. 7 spot in the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association/USRowing Coaches NCAA Division II Poll on May 18. It marked the high spot for the Rams all year, moving up one spot from the No. 8 position where Jefferson stood for most of the spring.
