Women's Soccer Makes It 10 Straight Wins with Shutout of Felician

LYNDHURST, N.J. – The Thomas Jefferson University women's soccer team (10-3, 10-0 CACC) pushed its win streak to double digits with a 3-0 shutout at Felician (4-8-1, 2-7-1 CACC) on Saturday evening.

GAMEPLAY
The Rams dominated the shot count by an 18-4 margin. Senior Alexa Karakitsios got Jefferson going with a penalty kick goal in the 25th minute. In the second half, senior Hanna Glass put the Rams up two in the 58th minute and freshman Laural Erick finished the scoring in the 67th minute. Freshman Lola Oguntuase picked up the assist on both tallies for her first collegiate points.

Junior Danielle Samson and freshman Allie Bone each played a half in the Jefferson goal and neither was tested.

NOTES

It was the third straight game in which Erick scored a goal.
- The Rams have clinched a home game for the CACC Quarterfinals on Tuesday, November 12.
- It is the first double-digit win streak for Jefferson since it won 10 in a row in 2011.
