Women’s Tennis Picked Seventh in CACC Preseason Poll

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's tennis team, led by third-year head coach Zach Elbin, was picked to finish seventh in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) heading into the 2017-18 year.

Last season, the women fell in the first round of the CACC Championship to USciences as the team went 7-12 overall.

The squad will play 14 dual matches in the fall of 2017, which will end with the CACC Championship near the end of October. First round actions of the CACC Championship begins on Tuesday, Oct. 17. The CACC semifinals and finals are set at Post University in Waterbury, Conn. on Friday, Oct. 20 and Saturday, Oct. 21.
