Zach Elbin enters his third season as the head coach of the Rams' men's and women's tennis programs in 2017-18. He took over the teams prior to the 2015-16 season.

In Elbin’s debut season in 2015-16, the men posted a 10-11 overall record and qualified for the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Tournament with a 4-3 conference mark, while the women had an 8-5 season. Five student-athletes—four women, one man—were named to the CACC All-Academic Team.

Before taking over as the program’s head coach, Elbin spent the 2014-15 season as an assistant coach for the Rams. He helped the women's team go 15-7 and the men post a 10-12 record. Both teams reached the CACC Tournament.

In addition to his coaching duties at the school, Elbin is a tennis instructor at Legacy Youth Tennis and Education in its Neighborhood Base Program, munchkin and junior development clinics, and Legacy Training Camp.

A 2014 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace with a degree in education, Elbin played at the varsity level for four seasons, complied a combined record of 33-19, and was a part of the 2011-12 NCAA Tournament team. He had a 17-6 doubles record during the 2013-14 campaign.
