Women’s Cross Country Wins The Osprey Open; Young Finishes Second

POMONA, N.J. - The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's cross country team placed first of 12 teams at the Osprey Open (6,000m) from Stockton University in Pomona, N.J. on Saturday afternoon.

The women placed four runners in the top 15 including: Erin Young (second), Meghan Horan (sixth), Jasmine Buckridge (10th) and Brittany Gable (12th). The Rams also got to celebrate head coach Dave Thomas' 61st birthday after the win.
