Erin Fidler joined Jefferson as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Rams in November of 2023.
Before joining the Rams, Fidler was the Head Athletic Trainer for Chestnut Hill College from 2009 to the end of October of 2023. She took over the role after being an assistant athletic trainer for the Griffins since 2005. Fidler is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and a graduate of Temple University with a master's degree in kinesiology.
Fidler has athletic training experience at all levels of athletics, from high school through Division I collegiate athletics. She is a strength and conditioning specialist, as certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification (NATABOC), and licensed to practice in PA. Along with the NSCA and NATA, she is a member of the College Athletic Trainer’s Society. Fidler enjoys working with student-athletes to provide strength and conditioning programs, fitness testing, plyometric training, speed and agility training, and dynamic warm-ups to increase performance and prevent injuries. Her article, "Sickle Cell Trait: A Review and Recommendations for Training" was published in the June 2012 issue of Strength and Conditioning Journal.
She currently resides with her husband Steve in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
