PHILADELPHIA – Thomas Jefferson University hosted the 11th Annual Moss-Magee Tennis Benefit Event on Monday afternoon at the Germantown Cricket Club.
 
The event is hosted to support the Jefferson Moss-Magee's wheelchair tennis team, with the outing raising over $40,000. The benefit featured a doubles exhibition with players playing with wheelchair tennis players. Out on the grass, 80 tennis players and 12 pickleball players competed in doubles matches during the afternoon.
 
The Grand Slam sponsor was Magee Foundation Board member Debra Hollander, with numerous others contributing. The players competing included Jefferson's men's and women's tennis coach Fred Perrin, MD Executive Vice President and President of Jefferson Medical Group Edmund Pribitkin, and MD Jefferson Moss-Magee Associate Chief of Medicine Guy Fried.
