GAME ONE
After the Warriors jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the second inning, the Rams used a RBI triple by junior second baseman John Sczepanski (Lafayette Hill, Pa./La Salle College High School) and an error to score a pair of runs in the bottom of the frame and cut the margin to 3-2.

Chris Knott got those two runs back for East Stroudsburg with a two-out, two-run single in the fourth inning to make the score 5-2. The Warriors added a single run on a Ram error in the fifth to extend the lead to 6-2.

In the top of the sixth, Ryan Richards delivered a two-run double to center and Knott had a RBI double in a four-run inning that pushed the Warriors lead to 10-2.

Philadelphia came back with two runs in the bottom half of the inning on RBI singles by junior left fielder Ken McCormick (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) and senior right fielder Ryan Shellock (Blackwood, N.J./Triton).

East Stroudsburg plated three more runs with two outs in the seventh inning. Espino had a RBI single and Richards doubled to right center.

Force and Reigner had two hits each and scored a run.

Knott had four of the Warriors' 16 hits, while Richards and Eric Forth had three.

Freshman Joe Sabatino (Yardley, Pa.) suffered the loss (0-2). He recorded one strike out in 4.0 innings.

GAME TWO
The Warriors wasted little time jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the nightcap as Knott, the third hitter of the game, tripled to left center field to plate Nick Rabasco, who singled on at-bat earlier, to take the lead.

The game remained 1-0 until the bottom of the third when senior left fielder Shane Yoshiyama (Honolulu, Hawaii) came through with a RBI groundout to bring in Force and tie the score at one.

East Stroudsburg took a 5-1 advantage in the fourth inning thanks to a Matt Walewski grand slam over the right field fence with two down in the frame.

The Warriors added single runs on a Rabasco single in the fifth, a Espino single in the sixth, and a wild pitch to plate knot in the seventh.

Sophomore third baseman Fernando Garza (Laredo, Texas/Alexander), sophomore second baseman Michael Treglia (Danbury, Conn./Danbury), Force, Reigner, and McCormick all had a hit for the Rams.

Rabasco and Espino paced the Warriors with two hits each.

Andrew Furber was the winning pitcher (2-0) as he scattered four hits and struck out two in five innings.

Senior Rob Spragis (Chalfont, Pa./Central Bucks South) posted two strikeouts in 4.1 innings and took the loss (1-1).
