The Jefferson Athletic Communications office will gladly assist visiting SIDs and members of the working press.  Phone lines, faxes, computers and copiers are available for your convenience.

LOGOS/COLORS
Please contact the Director of Athletic Communications for logo requests and for color codes.

CREDENTIALS
All credential requests should be directed to the Director of Athletic Communications. Credentials should be requested at least 24 hours prior to the event.

COACH AND STUDENT-ATHLETE INTERVIEWS
All interview requests for Jefferson athletic staff, coaches or  student-athletes must be made through the Jefferson Athletic Communications office. Please allow 24 hours for response to each request. All forms of media should also provide 24 hours of advanced notice for all in-person interview requests to allow the Jefferson Athletic Communications office to arrange a time and location that will respect each student-athlete's schedule. In the event of a telephone interview, the Jefferson Athletic Communication office will arrange for the student-athlete to contact the requesting media member. Phone numbers of coaches or student-athletes will not be released to the media and we ask all media outlets to respect this policy and the privacy of our coaches and student-athletes.

POSTGAME INTERVIEWS
Jefferson head coaches and student-athletes will be available to members of the media following a mandatory cooling off period following each event. Postgame requests may be made by contacting the Jefferson Athletic Communications office. Jefferson locker rooms are closed to the media. No pregame interviews will be granted.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Please check in with the Director of Athletic Communications to photograph any Jefferson home athletic events, either before the event or at the scorer's table the day of any event.

STATISTICS POLICY
Jefferson's policy for changing or editing game statistics is as follows: The home sports information director's (SID) statistics are the only official statistics. Once the game is complete and statistics are sent to the away team and the media, they are official and pending any major errors - will not be changed. Major errors are considered based upon the home SID's discretion. At away contests, after the official statistics have been created by the acting home SID, they cannot be altered or changed in any way.
