 PHILADELPHIA – The Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) women's cross country team opened its 2018 fall season at the Temple University Invitational on a rainy Friday evening at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia. The women finished fourth place behind Temple, La Salle and West Chester.
Erin Young was the top finisher for the Rams, placing 14th of 40 total runners with a time of 25:10.5 (6:45.1) in the 6,000 meter event.
Brittany Gable finished behind Young with a time of 25:53.6 (6:56.7 pace) for 19th place.
