NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University's Sean Morgan was named the CACC Baseball Pitcher of the Week, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference announced on Monday.

Morgan tossed 6.0 scoreless innings for the win against St. Thomas Aquinas, taking a no-hitter into the seventh and final inning before conceding a lead-off single. He surrendered just the one hit and struck out nine. This season, Morgan boasts a 2-1 record with a 3.38 ERA. He has recorded 14 strikeouts in 16.0 innings pitched.
