Competed in six races... posted a top time of 29:15.8 at the Osprey Open... placed 34th at the Philadelphia Metropolitan Championships... CACC Team Champion

2020
Team did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic

2019
Ran in seven races for the Rams… Ran his 8K personal record at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with his 195th place finish with a time of 28:34.1 (5:45 pace)… Ran a personal record at the NCAA East Region Championships with his 123rd place finish with a time of 37:25.7 (6:01 pace)

2018
Ran in seven races for the Rams... his best finish was at the Bill Fritz Invitational, running a 29:49.84 (6:00.1 pace) and coming in 107th out of 245 competitors.

Background
Attended Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, Pa., graduating in 2018…Named Honorable Mention in cross country as a senior and First Team All-League for track in the 4x400.
