Brady Greene joins the Rams an assistant coach at Jefferson in October 2025.
Before coming to Jefferson, Greene served as an assistant coach at Westminster University in Salt Lake City, Utah, from 2023-2025. While with the Griffins, he was responsible for player development, scouting, film breakdown, and recruiting, while also assisting with offensive strategy and analytics.
From 2021-2023, Greene was an assistant coach at Carlsbad High School in Carlsbad, California. During his tenure, the Lancers captured the Division I San Diego Section Championship in the 2021–22 season and set a program record with 24 wins in 2022–23.
Greene graduated from the University of San Diego in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and business administration. His senior thesis, titled “Winning the Half Court: The Importance of Paint Touches and Ball Reversals,” explored data-driven strategies to improve offensive efficiency in basketball.
