Chelsea Allie

Allie was named the Rams Director of Strength & Conditioning on July 2025.

Allie joins the Rams after spending two seasons with fellow CACC institute Holy Family University as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach where she oversaw women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country, and women’s flag football as the primary coach for those sports. She was also a secondary coach for baseball and men’s and women’s basketball. Allie designed implemented specialized exercises for those teams, communicated with athletes, coaches, and other staff on her workouts, and implemented specialized recovery program as well. She also comes into Jefferson after being an Adjunct Professor.
 
Allie has experience at the Division II level as a Graduate Assistant Coach for East Stroudsburg University, where she was the head strength & conditioning coach for women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer, women’s golf, and women’s tennis. She designed strength and conditioning programs for each team, evaluated performance testing numbers, and had safety and cleanliness inspections inside the weight room.
 
Before completing her degree, Allie went to the Division I level as a Sports Performance Intern up at Penn State University. During her stint at Happy Valley, she provided performance nutrition services across the athletic department, supported the Applied Health & Performance Science department and Performance Psychology Department, performed group and individual projects across campus, and collaborated with faculty and staff as well.

Allie earned her Master of Science in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University, where she was as a graduate assistant strength coach for the women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer, women’s tennis, and women’s golf teams. 
 
She also completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at ESU, earning four varsity letters as a member of the women’s lacrosse team.
 
Allie served as a captain of the 2022 squad that won the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), repeated as Atlantic Region champions, and advanced all the way to the NCAA Division II National Championship Match.
