Lefton joins the women's lacrosse team as an Assistant Coach in September 2025.

Lefton returns to Jefferson as a coach after playing five seasons for the Rams, competing in 65 career contests. She ended her career with 79 goals, 190 points, and 269 assists. Lefton led the team in assists for four years while having the most points for two seasons. Her 269 assists puts her as one of nine Rams to have 200+ career assists.

Lefton is a 3x All-CACC Second Team player as well as making the CACC All-Tournament Team in 2024.
