Rocha enters his third season as the Ram's head coach in 2024-25 after being elevated from the coaching staff during the spring. He also is the intercollegiate athletic recruiter. Rocha was an assistant coach for Jefferson from 2019-2023.

Under his first year, Rocha led the Rams to a 9-7-3 record which included starting the year 6-0-1, one of the best starts to the program since 1999. Jefferson was sixth in the nation in shot accuracy. Gabe Paz and Diego Guzman earned All-CACC Second Team honors on the year. Rocha has coached three All-Conference players and 11 CACC All-Academic athletes. 10 Rams were named to the CSC Academic All-District Team during Rocha's tenure.

Rocha played for the Rams from 2015-18. He was a two-time All-CACC first team and D2CCA All-East Region second team selection. In 2018, Rocha was also chosen to the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region third team.
