NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University's Erik Timko was named the CACC Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week on Monday by the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. It is the fourth time this season that Timko has earned the honor.

Timko dropped in 23 points on 7-of-14 shooting (50.0%), including 5-of-7 (71.4%) from 3-point range, to help the Rams knock off #13/10 Dominican. He added three rebounds and three assists. Timko scored 14 points in a 21-3 first-half run that put Jefferson in control for the rest of the game.
