women's soccer team (3-1-2, 2-0 CACC) got a 3-1 win on the road vs.
Felician College Falcons (0-3, 0-1 CACC) on Saturday.
Freshman forward Trisha Sileo (Islip, NY/
Islip) continued her stellar rookie run with two goals, while
sophomore midfielder/forward Gabrielle Haden
(Freehold, NJ/ Colts Neck) netted one of her own.
The Lady Rams notched two scores in the first half, one each by
Sileo and Haden to lead 2-0. Sileo scored her second goal in
the final half, and Felician put one in the net to make the final
3-1.
PhilaU freshman goalie Kelli Kowalewski
(Shamong, J/ Seneca) went 60 minutes without allowing any goals,
and sophomore keeper Rebecca Della Peruta
(Hammonton, NJ/ Hammonton) let up one goal in 30 minutes of work.
The Lady Rams return to action on Tuesday (9/15) at Lincoln
University at 4:00 p.m.
