Consecutive Hughes kills started a 5-0 spurt that allowed Philadelphia to take a 10-5 set-three lead. After two Ram errors deadlocked the set at 15, Philadelphia dominated the end of the set with 10 of the next 11 points. Manley led the charge with three kills.

In the final set, Chestnut Hill led 19-15 on a McBride kill. After Philadelphia tied the set at 20 on a service error, Chestnut Hill ended the match with a 5-2 run.
