PHILADELPHIA – The Thomas Jefferson University women's tennis team (3-2, 1-1 CACC) picked up its first conference win of the season on Wednesday with a 6-1 decision at Chestnut Hill.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Rams earned victories at third and second doubles to clinch the doubles point before dropping the match at the first position. Jefferson took a 3-0 lead after capturing wins at first and sixth singles. The Griffins got on the board due to a retirement at the fifth spot but the Rams swept second, fourth, and third singles to claim the match.
