Women's Cross Country Finishes Second At CACC Championships

PHILADELPHIA – The Thomas Jefferson University women's cross country team came in second place at the CACC Championships at Belmont Plateau on Sunday, ending the Rams' run of seven straight conference titles.
 
Ana Eshraghi led the Rams with a time of 20:32.0, good for fifth place. Annalee Capuano was right behind Eshraghi in sixth, clocking in at 20:34.5. Capuano was also the top rookie finisher in the meet and was named the CACC Rookie of the Year.
