PHILADELPHIA – The Thomas Jefferson University women's lacrosse team (9-3, 7-0 CACC) got out to a 9-0 lead en route to a 22-2 rout of Felician in a CACC game on Wednesday. It was the Rams' ninth straight win.
GAMEPLAY
Jefferson netted nine goals in the opening quarter.

Audrey Strock, and
Madison Caffrey scored two apiece. The Golden Falcons got on the board with 12:42 to go in the second. The Rams followed with a 4-0 run to lead 13-1 at halftime. In the third, Caffrey tallied her fifth of the day to start a 6-0 stretch for Jefferson that made it 19-1. Felician's final goal came with 13:00 remaining in the fourth before the Rams found the back of the net three more times.

With two games remaining in the regular season, the Rams sit in a tie for first place with Georgian Court. Jefferson cannot finish lower than third. The Rams' final two contests are against the two other top-three squads, Georgian Court and Dominican.
