Men's Cross Country Places Fourth at CACC Championships
PHILADELPHIA – Thomas Jefferson University men's cross country team competed in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships this Saturday morning, where the Rams placed fourth out of 10 teams on the day.
WHAT HAPPENED
Jefferson ran at the CACC Championships, competing against their conference opponents in the 8k event. They finished the race in fourth place, scoring a 103 on the day. Jefferson had five runners place in the top-25 in the event. Chase Watson placed 17th for the Rams with a 28:58.45 time on Belmont Plateau. Mason Moore followed behind with an 18th finish at 29:17.64. Mike Keough and Blake Corbett finished back-to-back at 21st and 22nd with a 29:44.49 and 29:46.79 time respectively. Jared Beaudoin finish the top-25 finish as he was 25th with a 30:19.97 time. Ryan Kopervos had a 32nd place finish with 31:03.0 time and Colin Walsh ran a 32:25.72 time, placing him at 46th for the event.
