BETHLEHEM, Pa. (Oct. 3, 2026) – Elevated heat conditions and rapidly rising temperatures led to the cancellation of the final six races at the 52nd Paul Short Run, presented by ASICS, on Friday afternoon at Lehigh's Goodman Campus Course.
As a result, the College Brown, White and Green races were not contested. The Thomas Jefferson University men's team was slated to compete in the Brown race, while the women were entered into the Green race. The men's and women's Open and College Gold races were completed earlier in the day before conditions prompted the cancellation of the remaining events.
Head Coach Joe Dare and the Rams will return to competition on Saturday, Oct. 10 at the 18th-Annual Jack Saint Clair Memorial Invite held in Belmont Park.
