Eshraghi Takes All-Region as Women's and Men's Cross Country Concludes Season at NCAA East Region Championships
HOPKINTON, N.H. - Ana Eshraghi finished 16th in the NCAA East Region Championships as the Thomas Jefferson University men's and women's cross-country team ended their 2023 campaign at the NCAA East Region Championships. The women finished eighth out of 15 teams while the men finished the day 16th out of 19 teams.
WHAT HAPPENED
The women's team finished eighth on the day, scoring 182 points in the event while the men placed 16th out of 19 teams with 421 points. Southern Connecticut State University would win the championship for both women's (58) and men's (32) teams.
Eshraghi would place 16th on the course for the women, her best finish in the NCAA East Region Championships, with a 22:34.1 time on the day. Annalee Capuano would be the second Ram to conclude the race as she placed 34th with a 23:34.1 time.
The men would see Mason Moore finish at 59th for the Rams with a 33:38.9 time on the day.
