Men's Basketball Struggles Against Post
WATERBURY, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University men's basketball (10-8, 4-4) went up to the north to face off in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match against the Eagles, where the Rams faltered 70-60 to Post University (11-7, 5-3) in Saturday afternoon competition.
WHAT HAPPENED

The Eagles jumped out to an early 10-0 lead three minutes into the game. Jefferson bounced back on a 18-7 run that saw Justin Hawkins and Farouk Kaba have five points on the run, with Hawkins converting an and-one and Kaba delivering a three pointer. Jeremiah Dorsey and Isaiah Thomas-McClain both had their shot from beyond the arc make it during that stretch as well.

Post pushed their pace and turned their lead into double digits over Jefferson 51-40 with 12:13 to go. The Rams began to fight back as Troy McGregor made a basket alongside Kaba, Dorsey, Fullerton, and Cercone to have them trail 55-50 to the Eagles
