The Philadelphia University men's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision at
home this afternoon, falling to Adelphi University on the Main
Campus Courts. The setback drops the Rams to 12-8 overall on
the season.
Freshman Seppi Hutter (pictured) picked up the lone victory in
singles play for the Rams, taking a 6-1, 6-0 decision at #6
singles. In doubles action, Head Coach Marty Gilbert got an
8-4 win at #3 from senior Alex Richter and freshman Tom McAvoy.
Gilbert and his squad will look to get back on the winning track
when they host Post University on Saturday, April 19th.
