Philadelphia, PA- The Philadelphia University
women's tennis team rolled to a 9-0 romping of Caldwell College,
led by sophomores Adriana Rodriguez (San Juan,
Puerto Rico/Colegio Sagrados Corazones) at first singles and
Daniela Rodriguez (Quito, Ecuador/Colegio Menor )
at second singles who did not give up a game in 6-0, 6-0 victories,
respectively.
The Rodriguez's also teamed up to win first doubles 8-1.
Freshman Christina Brzozowski (Wallingford,
CT/Sacred Heart Academy) won her third singles match 6-0, 6-1, and
sophomore Stephanie Reinke (St. James,
N.Y./Smithtown), freshman Brittany Villa (Logan,
NJ/Kingsway Regional) and sophomore Sarah Harris
(West Chester, PA/West Chester East) all won their singles matches.
