King of Prussia, PA- The Philadelphia University women's tennis team dropped their season opener 6-3 at Cabrini College on Tuesday evening. 

The sophomore duo of Adriana Rodriguez (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Colegio Sagrados Corazones) and Daniela Rodriguez (Quito, Ecuador/Colegio Menor) both won their first and second singles matches along with their first doubles contest. 

Adriana Rodriguez easily defeated 6-2, 6-2 Cabrini's Dina DiTaranto, as Daniela Rodriguez took her match 6-4, 6-0. 

The Lady Rams will host Holy Family University on Thursday, September 4^th at 4:00 p.m.
