Sparkill, NY- The Philadelphia University men's tennis team (12-5, 2-1 CACC) collected a 9-0 shutout of St. Thomas Aquinas College (5-6, 0-1 ECC) on Sunday afternoon.

The Rams have now won three in a row.

PhilaU was strong from top to bottom, but got standout performances today from junior #2 singles Kyle Burke, who won 6-2, 6-1 and #3 singles junior Manoli Sgouros who also gave up just three games 6-2, 6-1.

In doubles, the #1 team of junior Adrian Torroella-Cruz/ Sgouros and the #2 duo of junior Ryan Christopher and Burke beat their STAC opponents 8-2.

The Rams will convene next on Tuesday (4/5) at the Abraham J. Salaman'58 Courts at 4 p.m. in a CACC match vs. Chestnut Hill College
