JERSEY CITY, N.J. - The Thomas Jefferson University volleyball team (14-3, 5-3 CACC) made quick work of host Nyack on Saturday evening, sweeping the Warriors 3-0.

GAMEPLAY
The Rams trailed 3-1 in the early going but rallied for 10 of the next 11 points to go ahead 11-4. After a Nyack kill, Jefferson recorded four more points for a 10-point advantage (15-5). The Warriors only got as close as six the rest of the set as the Rams took the frame 25-18.

Jefferson jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the second. After a Nyack point, the Rams increased their cushion to nine (11-2) with a 7-0 run. They went on to claim the set 25-12. Jefferson tallied the initial three points of the third before the Warriors came back with a pair. The Rams followed with 12 of 14 to make the score 15-4. Jefferson coasted from there to a 25-14 triumph to take the match.
