PHILADELPHIA - Dan Forry posted a winning time of 28:31.5 to lead the Thomas Jefferson University men's cross country team to the team title at the Philadelphia Metropolitan Championships held at Belmont Plateau on Saturday.

The Rams dominated the field in the 8K race, totaling 32 points and placing four runners in the top 10 and six in the top 20. It was Jefferson's first team victory since the 2017 CACC Championship, which was also the last year they won the Philly Metro meet.
