Cross Country Trio Earns All-Region Honors At NCAA East Region Championships

BETHPAGE, N.Y. – The Thomas Jefferson University men's and women's cross country teams wrapped up the 2022 campaign on Saturday at the NCAA East Region Championships run at Bethpage State Park.
 
The women took sixth place in the 6K race while the men placed seventh in the 10K. It was the women's highest finish in the region since 2011.
 
The Rams produced three All-Region runners, all of whom finished in the top 25 in their respective races to earn the honor. Annalee Capuano took 16th and Ana Eshraghi came in 23rd. Owen Bradley finished 22nd on the men's side. The trio were Jefferson's first All-Region honorees since 2019.
